Nexova AI(“we”) is rolling out our full Privacy Notice. The text below is scaffold copy — see the banner above. When the formal notice is published, this page becomes a copy-only update.
1. What we collect
When you submit a contact / audit / contract / onboarding form we collect the fields you fill in (name, business name, email, optional phone, optional industry, optional website URL). Payment data is processed by Stripe and never reaches Nexova AI servers in plaintext.

2. How we use the data
We use the data we collect to deliver marketing services you signed up for, to send operational updates (deliverable-ready emails, weekly digests, contract-receipt emails), and to respond to inbound support requests. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use Client content to train AI models.

3. Sharing
We share data only with the vendors needed to run the business: Stripe (payment processing), the email proxy used to deliver transactional mail, and the analytics we run to count unique visitors. None of these vendors receives Client deliverables or content beyond what is required to perform their narrow function.

4. Retention
Operational records (Client rows, Contract snapshots, deliverable rows) are retained for the lifetime of the engagement plus a reasonable post-cancellation window so we can defend any dispute. Audit-intel lead rows are retained until the lead unsubscribes or becomes inactive for 12 months.

5. Your rights
You can ask us to correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold on you at any time, by emailing the contact address below. We respond within a reasonable window — usually within a week.
