These Terms of Service govern your use of Nexova AI(“Nexova AI”) and any retainer engagement you enter into through our onboarding funnel. The text below is scaffold copy — see the banner above.
1. Service scope
Nexova AI delivers AI-augmented marketing services on a fixed monthly retainer (or one-time Pilot). Scope is set per tier — keyword research, paid ad campaigns, blog content, and an SEO audit at the cadence listed in your `/onboarding` confirmation. Custom out-of-scope requests quote separately.

2. Billing & cancellation
Recurring tiers bill monthly via Stripe on the same day each month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; there are no partial-month refunds. The one-time Pilot is a single $1,000 charge — no subscription is created, and no further charges are made without an explicit upgrade confirmation in the portal. Failed payments trigger a 7-day grace period before deliverables are paused.

3. Pilot KPI gate mechanics
The Pilot transition offer is a conditional guarantee with stated conditions and is not an outcome promise. Across Month 1 of the retainer — the month immediately after your audit delivers — we compare our paid-channel cost-per-booked-job to your own last-90-day organic cost-per-booked-job baseline. The comparison universe is our paid spend only; the comparator is your organic baseline. 4. Client responsibilities
You supply accurate business info, review deliverables within a reasonable time, and route feedback through the portal. AI-generated assets are drafts — you remain responsible for fact-checking before publication. You also You represent and warrant that you hold all licenses required to advertise the services you offer in each state (and, where applicable, city or county jurisdiction) you target through any campaign Nexova AI runs on your behalf — Nexova AI does not verify the current status of your license and is not liable for any third-party claim that your license was incomplete or lapsed at the time an ad ran.

5. Data handling
We collect the contact details you submit through intake / audit / contract forms (name, email, business name, optional phone) to deliver marketing services and send operational updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use Client content to train AI models. Opt-out, correction, and deletion requests are handled via the contact email below within a reasonable window.
